If you are enrolling into a full qualification, you will be required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test. This will be sent to you electronically on completion of this application. Please note that you will not be enrolled into your chosen qualification until the LLN test has been satisfactory completed.

Once enrolled with Sureway Skills Training, I agree to the following:

All work submitted for assessment will be my own, will not represent the work of others, and will be true and original unless otherwise credited. *

I understand that I may be required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test and my enrolment will not commence until the LLN test has been satisfactory completed. I also undertsand that I have two (2) weeks to complete this test or my application to enrol will be withdrawn,

I understand that SST will cancel my enrolment after the standard timeframe for my enrolment has elapsed. If I have not completed the course, I will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for any units I have successfully completed. If I wish to continue with the course, I will be required to re-enrol. Standard timeframes: Skill sets, short courses – 6 months, Certificate I, II and III – 12 months, Certificate IV and Diploma – 24 months *

I am responsible for ensuring that I have ongoing access to a reliable computer/tablet and internet connection during my enrolment, if I am enrolled in an online delivery mode. *

Under the Data Provision Requirements 2012, Sureway Skills Training is required to collect personal information about you and to disclose that personal information to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER).Your personal information (including the personal information contained on this enrolment form), may be used or disclosed by Sureway Skills Training for statistical, administrative, regulatory and research purposes.
